Amuse-bouche, Stephane Pantel

A dinner at Ryoriya Stephane Pantel is always a treat. Although we love the traditional Kyoto Haute Cuisine, KyoKaiseki, we also like the refreshing difference brought along by Stephane.  This is definitely not your regular French cuisine, but a mixture of French and Japanese technics essentially used with local ingredients, but not only.

The result is always visually stunning and absolutely delicious. A real pleasure one likes to share with family and friends.  It’s always fun to try to capture part of the pleasure of these dishes on photos.
