I had the chance to take photos of the beautiful Geiko Kimiaya of Miyagawa-Cho in the old Nijo Jinya, a former inn used by feudal lords (daimyo) who were visiting Kyoto during the Edo Period. We had two large rooms for ourselves next to a traditional little garden.
